1. The agreement of DIGITAL DELIGHT Disc Jockey Service to perform is subject to reasonable and good faith detention by illness, accident, epidemics, acts of god or any legitimate condition beyond our control.
2. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between DIGITAL DELIGHT and the purchaser.
